I dont think anyone is able to upload personal photos atm besides for staff, the option might be turned off ( was the last time I looked at it )

Mods seem to be bugged , Will had to fix mine for me.

I had to enable the Global Moderator usergroup to be able to upload personal photos, it was set to not allow beforehand

Ohhh so only teh ugly peoples can edit there personal photos :P

im guesing that enabled is the default setting
and the admins disabled the option for everyone but admins/global mods, but when cama got his own usergroup made the admin who did it forgot to disable that option for him. just a guess ;p

i dont have my own usergroup...i have a custom title, but no custom usergroup

There is one set by for you Cama. It's called the BANNED user group.
