yea, what if u cudnt make a new account, but could login as "guest" adn then pm a mod to tell them to make an account insteed? that way they could kinda judge who should be able to get on :P

On topic. I don't really think setting a limit would really do much. if you are a scammer, you can scam people with 1 post heck...even 0 posts and I have seen it before.
