Sometimes when i got dc and if i want to look if its just me or the servers is down the server status link doesent work. but 10min later it can work. Is that bug just for me or?

Sometimes when i got dc and if i want to look if its just me or the servers is down the server status link doesent work. but 10min later it can work. Is that bug just for me or?
