Could we by any chance get something in a flashing banner that's scrolling from right to left, saying the following statement:
"YOU MUST HAVE AT LEAST 50 POSTS AND 3 MONTHS SINCE ACTIVATION ON THIS FORUM IN ORDER TO ACCESS THE MARKET SECTION"

Not sure if that's even possible.
I know if nothing else, the Administration could set it to where all newly registered users receive a private message upon first logging in stating such, whether they will or not is up to them, though.
It's possible and easily done within a minute.
Havent seen Devile in a while and idk if cama has enough rights do it.
People would still ask.
