I would create a sticky for language requests, then create a new section for each language you think is prevelant enough.
Like one for turks, a spanish/latino one, so on and so forth.

I think that only 1 "non english" board should be made so we don't have these little "branches" of people on the same forum.

i think there should be a sig request / grpahics rateing forums cuz lots of people ask for sigs on here just an idea and also people ask what other people think of there sigs and wallpapers etc...
