Seems as you haven't even read my initial post. I do ask nicely, please read it again carefully... because I'm sure if you did the first time, you're initial response would be quite different. I'd like the highlight the certain areas that you'd have to concentrate your reading on, but unfourantely I'm banned, and so I'll just have to list it in a short summary.

1) Feedback Section. Used for users to post feedback for mods/admins. I posted, yet it seemed to be "off topic" for you... as by some ludacris idea the post doesn't seem to fit the section that it fell under... feedback.

2) Infractions. Something that's given to a person that's broken rules. It also prevents you from PMing and MAKING TOPICS. Hopefully the bold part catches your attention now.

So not only was your infraction ridicilious for "going off topic", but it was even more ridicilious to give it to someone that had no other choice but to post it an alerady created topic... as I CAN'T MAKE TOPICS.

Anyways, re-read my initial post... I'm tired of trying to explain the same thing over and over again.... when it's all there in the first post. Yes it's a bit long, but I'm sure you have 5 minutes to read it.

ps. You think people actually take a look at their infractions thoroughly? Heck no. I literally just saw the reason, "Going off topic" and copy and pasted the post and went to post it again. Especially a guy like me that got his last infraction for the most bullshit reason "racism/sexism/homophobia", I had no intention of reading anything else in my upcoming infractions as I know I would probably expecting the same thing over again... and even just reading the reason "off topic" killed me even though it took me 3 seconds to read.

@Souls, I've never been 2/3/4 day banned, at least not on G4L... however you might have mistaken the numerous of "PERMA BANS" that I've recieved, which as clearly were wrong to begin with as I was unbanned each time.

@Cama (again). And it's hardly "mods reviewing the ban"... A topic in the VIP section just for me, saying, "DON"T UNBAN UNBEATABLE NO MATTER WHAT HE SAYS"... not only does it sound like a command, but it sounds hardly like there is anyone to debate your decision (except for the admins, who haven't seen this yet). I honestly don't see why you needed to make a topic like that,... if I deserve an unban, then I do... and well this is why I made this topic... to bring out the truth about the ridicilious thing that I got banned for.

Yes, it prevents you from opening topics and PMing FOR A REASON. It's called a punishment. It doesn't mean it gives you the right to bypass those punishments in any way you see fit. It means you suffer through the punishment and BE ON GOOD BEHAVIOR until the infractions dissipate and you are no longer on probation.

Yes the feedback section is for feedback on the forum, but that doesn't mean you have full right to hijack another person's thread on a subject they wish to discuss just so you can talk about whatever the fuck you want to whine about. It doesn't work like that. Sadly, this is ALL YOU DO on the forum no matter the section, no matter the subject, no matter anything. You always turn every thread to be about YOU. Many people on the forum are sick of it, me included. So I gave you an infraction and deleted your hijacking post.

If you choose not to read your infraction, that's entirely your choice. You choice to not read it, on the other hand, does not exempt you from any further punishment for ignoring the infraction. The funniest part? The infraction never said the words "off topic" in it, so obviously your three second read of it wasn't even accurate to begin with. But again, your choice to not read infractions does not exempt you from further punishment based on them.

And no, I'm not talking about that thread in the mod section, but thanks for getting xlegendz in trouble. I'm talking about discussing your ban with admins in which they reviewed the ban.

From the start I tried to make it about you and your sloppy work on giving out infractions (specifically with just the reasoning for them). It continued on from there to be about you, and your decision to ban me. Yet here we are... you are turning it on me. The conscious mind works in mysterious ways, yet your conscious seems to be picking only the pieces you choose to see. Hopefully this point makes you realize most of the time it's not about me, it's people turning it into about me, and me just defending myself. That's what ad hominem is... personal attacks, which are very common amongst people on a gaming forum as not only is there competition in the game we play, but also quite a huge retarded population that only knows how to personally attack you instead of argue what's at hand.

I also like how you are going to take this out on xLegendz. After the ban, I went on MSN to ask why I was specifically banned, and he told me "No idea, all I know is that you made Cama mad and he specifically told all admins not to unban you". I guess a JR mod should get in trouble for doing his job right? Next thing you know is probably the people that are posting for me will be getting infractions.

Anyways, I really do want to hear this discussion between admins and you. Hopefully Mee or Devile can comment so I can see for myself what they think about it. And if they honestly think that what I did deserves a permanent ban,... I promise you... I will leave these forums once and for all.

I'm not at all mad, I'm explaining the situation to you since you obviously can't comprehend it.

I'm not at all being anal about the rules. In fact I let a very much lot slide on these forums, unless I get MULTIPLE PM's or see MULTIPLE reports for something outside of spammers do I actually act. Then when there's obviously something wrong that multiple people are bothered by it do I step in.

You crying about infractions is what always cracks me up though. Thousands and thousands of people break the speed limit on a daily basis while driving. When you get pulled over for speeding do you instantly question "WTF WHYD YOU PULL ME OVER AND NOT THEM THIS IS OBVIOUSLY A BULLSHIT TICKET I REFUSE TO ACCEPT THIS!" No. Or at least I hope you don't as you'll probably end up in a lot more trouble than you originally were in as well as sound stupid to the cop. Same premise here. You cause excess attention to yourself, therefore the wrongs that you do stand out more than the average user. As a result, infracted/banning you for the wrongs serves as a better example to the masses than some random no name person. Are you going to pull over the car going 90MPH in a 60MPH zone or the car going 65-70MPH in a 60MPH zone? Obviously the one going faster as it's standing out from the pack.

Was the topic ever about me? No. It was about you. More specifically it was about you trying to use me as an excuse for why you shouldn't be banned. That doesn't make it about me, it still makes it about you. Please don't even try to say it was about me. Your flawed logic is just atrocious, and it may work to intimidate the mass of the forums that really don't give a shit but it's not going to work on me. "and me just defending myself" I lol'd real hard. You attack them, they defend themselves, then it's "you defending yourself." Fact is that doesn't count as defending yourself, that counts only as you going with the flow after you attack them.

That's not what ad hominem is, just an FYI. Personal attacks don't justify ad hominem. In fact, very few people on this forum perform ad hominem, simply due to the fact that they don't use personal attacks to undermine an argument but rather to avoid the argument completely.

Will the people posting for you get infractions? Quite possibly in the near future. As you've been banned from the forum and posting for you is more or less the same as you creating a new account to bypass the ban. As for right now I'm getting a good laugh out of you trying to twist and turn everything to your favor and failing to do so.

The discussion happened, we don't owe it to you to discuss anything with you. The fact this whole topic has even remained open is simply done partly as a courtesy to help you get some closure and primarily left open for laughs. And guess what unbeatable? You don't have much of a choice whether you leave or not.
