Just follow the following steps below:

First step

- before u paste the english patch u have to copy a file called "UIs_jp.tbl" from the orginal japanese patch.
- U can find the file in the KO folder under "Data"
- seach the "UIs_jp.tbl" file and paste it on ur desktop

Second step
- copy the Data + UI folder from the english patch and paste it in the KO folder
- overwrite all files

Thrid step

- copy the "UIs_jp.tbl" file
- paste it in the KO folder under "Data"
- login in game

im not sure if it was my fault but i wasnt able to get the first lvl10 job change with the eng patch...so i had to reinstall
