My opinion is they'll start out with about 50-80% of people that are supposed to play in their '2 clan alliance from the start'. First few weeks lotsa members will scam items & leave or just plain leave.
They'll try go for the top for about 3-6 weeks and give up after.
If the clan hasn't disbanded by then, they'll have to few 'decent' members to have even 1 full clan. Then it's only a matter of time be4 they either disband, leave the clan as it is with lotsa noobs in it or boot/recreate it with just the players they know.
But again, that's just my opinion
