F3 or whatever you want u just need to be familiar with it
1.magic shield
2.lupin
3.stealth

im not pretty much familiar with the lvl 72 skill the lvl 75 and the 80 one so for these u can just put them on 3rd skill bar, maybe somebody that is pretty used to them should help you

cleavs +9 would be good if u have a high budget, if not shards +7 will do the thing
chitin +7 or even +8 if u can, if u go for +7 chit it will be better to have some +8 fps (boots gaunts helm) if u pick +8 chit go for +9 fp boots and gaunts and helm

accessories : i guess dual rol,iron set and (eme,re) will be okay if u have money
option 2 is simply quest accessories

if u really cant afford anything, go for the easiest way : cleavs +8,quest accessories and chitin +7 set

dcz ... to cut it would prolly be ... shard 8 if possible too , if not go for cleavers 9 if still cant afford go to mds 8 after that shards 7 , chitin 7 with a mix of fp 8 or chitin 8 , dual rol or quest rings , re+1 or eme if Quest ear is better than RE+0 , WP+0 or +1 or iron neck if you can afford, Elf belt ,skeley , glass , iron .. any will do if you cant afford those mayb go for judicious belt. 60+ would be the same just go for shells 7 or shell 8 .. also if its an older server try to find a 25 dd if not 15 dd will also do
