Some old people are coming back, some are not. We're looking for new faces. Doesn't matter if you've got a hundred bajillion NPs or are level 81.. the most fun I've ever had playing this game has been with people who get along and play for the fun of it... not to be the best. As a result we've always done well. We've always done a bit of everything. If you're interested, let me know. I think there should be a minimum level though.. since my baby priest is 63.. we'll say 63 is the minimum but prefer high 60's +. Only other requirement is that you use Ventrillo.
