CWEST or ARES- Looking for... (read)

I just need a char I can exp on that has items to help a friend out in Human side. So what I would like to play is;

1) A human character that is level 55-83, geared decent, shitty, normal or pro, doesn't matter really, just as long as I am allowed to rent items if necessary -- but on US IP region
OR
2) An orc character that is lvl 55-83, same concept of gear -- but in ISRAEL IP region.

Note: #2 would be for a friend, #1 would be for me but I only need ONE of these.
Most of what the character will be used for is to chat/exp really.. Help me out please<3
