Any lvl accepted but -80 lvl need to have exp prem and use genie.

Gear around +9 / +10 ( +2/+3 ) ?

Plenty of pk at turk times and people say it's the most populated server.

Most people at a guess have +8s and +0/1 gear but there is some +9 gear around and people with +3's

stay away from htf, own, they're loaded with items on like 95% of their characters.

the 2 mage clans have pretty good items, pringles and terra.

chitin 8 / +8 weapons olds / ironset you can fight people at AOC, but will get ran over in bowl if you get focused. ( melees )

Would recommend at the minimum, olds + iron set + krowaz +7 +8 weapons for attacker or +7 shield for priest / support mage. You'll still get rekt by the geared clans, but youll do well during invasion etc most of the time if you know who to stay away from.
