As soon as they get g3 some of my members will be helping tank the cape quest and ill be paying for the smybol and capes .

If I'm not mistaken, I believe Th3Sinners level requirement does not cease at 59. Although don't take my word for it. Verify it with either A3quitas or Oompa.
