Looking for a sharer to use a UK VPN - New server ( Fierce/Fear )

Ok well, seeing as I just found a UK VPN, im looking for someone, preferably from USA/Canada or someone who's timezone isnt close to gmt+/- 0-3.

You NEED to be able to exp alot! If you start to really lack the desire to exp, I will pay you money for however much you exp/helped me and I will kick you off D:, I need someone really dedicated.
You NEED to know how to play warrior!
You NEED to have vent!
You NEED to be reliable.

Il be playing between the hours of 4-10/12pm in england ( gmt+0/1? ) Monday-Thursday, and at random times throughout sunday. So I basicly need someone who can play either before or after that time slot.

I will give you an exp % targer per day, and I really just want to power level to 70, then take a little break to pk/bifrost/dungeon etc.

I will be supplying ALOT of KC, I will also be babashopping ALOT at the start of the server to get me a headstart, plat premium every month, a load of trinas/tears etc for any upgrading, you wont basicly wont have to pay for a thing ( unless you wanna help me out a bit D: ).
