plenty of pots to xp with,
an active clan - easy to find and xp with
etc.


You're allowed to PK as much as you want, IF you pay the scrolls you use by your own and do not slack on xp, meaning at least 10-15% DAILY.
Any boss drops you may get by your own, be it of camping/pking are yours and you're allowed to do with those whatever you want to.

The Terms and conditions can be discussed later on if there are any left open questions or you may have any requests.
