Maybe it's a clan with pro pk'ers who earned their NP's fairly, but havent got the level/members to do the cape quest?
you think they dont deserve it if they have (in this case..) 2 members, and even lvl 57 only

its nothing wrong 2 years ago or longr M0NSTERKILL helped me for my Capes too... for ardream its not easy to get capes..
sry bro i got only 2 orc priest and its a lil bit stupid if someone spent nps in xD so goodluck and help them!!
