centaurs in emc/luferson drops shards and shit/chitin. i think they drop shells too. But drop rate is crap

centaurs in lufterson = easy crap just dont run away and you can easily tank them wih a rogue with mds +6 and fp +6 and scrolls. But if you run they debuff you. And centaurs in elmo and lufterson dont drop shit. Its the ones in abyss that drop the good stuff like shards and shell and shit like that xD
