in USKO they sell DD (48) 999, DD (40) 600m dunno EUKO, the price of silver gem here is 20m, so make a simple 3 rule =)

like 10-50m ? it isnt a good shield.

It's more worth than normal 48dd shield atleast, because it's 63str and rogues can use it as well if they put 3 points to str.
