I personally counted, 37 members whom I know will be active and 100% attending new server for clan. So 37 out of 2 full clans still isn't enough of course ^^

Lots of people are just applying because they want to occupy a name, but I bet you they won't come -- or at least won't last in clan for longer than a few days...
