have atleast 20k np's
have teamspeak and a mic ( i only have a spar teamspeak server, i will eventually get vent server )
you are above the age of 13 ( young ppl tend to be pretty imature )
and last but not least you are active

yes i currently look like a noob, but when i sell my char and my scrolls i will be in shell
