Clan Rules
The clan rules are as follows. Should there be any moments where you are uncertain of an exact* situation, you MUST consult the Clan Leader.
Ventrilo: An ABSOLUTE Necessity
Every time you log into the game, you should be logged into Ventrilo. It's important enough that your order of actions should be to: Start Ventrilo first, and log into the game after. There will be times when a character needs to be put to use, and its owner is not online. If you login to Ventrilo first, you can save the time of being told to log off and switch accounts. Being accepted into UnDeStRuCtAbLeZzZzZ, you are most likely of legitimate experience, and already know how important minutes and even seconds can be in Boss Killing, PvPing, and Leveling. The majority of the members in the clan will* be using microphones. As a result, there is less of an emphasis on reading the chat.
Ordinarilly, when parties are being arranged, they will be arranged via Voice Chat. Party leaders will state the fact that they are starting parties, and will ask who is ready for them. With the ability to hear those who confirm that they will be joining, and those who will be starting, you won't be left unaware of the clan's current activities. If you're unable to speak, you need to be able to listen, for the aforementioned reasons, and because in game chat in general, will rarely be used. If there are ever times where you cannot log into the game, or speak on Ventrilo, you can right click it's users and private chat them to make your point known.
If you have to be continuously told to log in to Ventrilo while you are playing, you will not be warned, and will eventually simply be removed from the clan.
Activity: You are expected to be able to play as often as you* told the clan you could. If there are life issues preventing you from being able to do so, contact an Assistant or the Leader, and make it clear. Of course, everyone experiences these from time to time, and if you speak to someone about it your clan membership will be more likely to persist after you return.
Items: As you can guess, that which you work for on your own is yours and yours alone, but the items you work for with the clan, will be treated as such - clan items.
The items that are the most looked after are of course the ones that drop from Bosses. Clan Boss drops are are drops from bosses killed by 2* or more clan members, and are to be Screenshotted and given to the Clan Leader upon being looted (if and only if the clan leader is not available the drops are to be given to an Assistant), and will be distributed to clan members who need them based on the following things:
-Who is helpful
-Who follows clan rules
-Who checks for bosses
-Who is active*
and overall who is clearly most deserving.
Parties: Whenever clan parties are created, your clan members are your first priority*. If you have a friend in the party from an opposing clan, the party is full, and a clan member is in need of a party, you must remove the non-clan party member and include the clan member in need. We work together, and will grow together, the clan will grow most comfortably if unnafected by that which is not from within.
Occasional breaks are understandable, and will be accepted, but if you continue to AFK during a productive party you will be removed. If it becomes a constant problem, with the majority of the times you join parties being times you go AFK when you're needed, there is a high possibility that you will be removed from the clan altogether.
Respect: There will always be shit talking within the clan, it's a typical aspect of friendly competition. If you do it to the point where it becomes a problem, it'll be obvious, and you will be told to calm down, or GTFO. If you do neither, you will be put in the place shit belongs, "elsewhere".
