    MASSIVE changes to everyone in 4.0, seems kinda interesting but I dont like how I spent all this time working out everything around Armor Pen and they remove it for a new Mastery Stat <<

    Int will give you SP now, will also mean your mana pool will be huge since items will be re-itemized to rpelace the lost sp :x
