Can Mages Teleport Party Members, and if so how?

no they cant.

they can put up a portal to any major city like, Sw, Ironforge, Darnassus etc were party mebers can portal

warlocks can summon party members, they first have to cast it, dno how long cast time, and then 2 other party members have to help him in the ritual and then the party member will be summoned. this is bad coz in 5man partys 3 of the ppl have to get to the place be4 they can summon... also it uses up a soulshard to do it.

well to continue me short comment if it's for an instance or your near one on your level range your can use the meeting stone to summon, still would require 2 people though.

should try the 2 rogues into org/stormwind trick ... rfc and the stockade have a handy little useable instance stone that can be used to accidently summon a 40man raid party right into the middle of someone elses town

but yeap, if you get in trouble in wow, theres no mage to save you with a tp you have to get your own sorry ass out of danger.

course a handy mage can sheep, a warlock/warrior or priest could fear.. a hunter could wyvern sting or trap your "problem" .. plenty of other way's to keep each other out of trouble working as a team is the key.
