Got all my stuff back last night. GM was really good to me. Found the hack point told me when it happened too. Took 20 mins and all my stuff with gems and enchants returned. Thank god I never let anyone on Felix. They changed my account info for me which they feel will help. Seems my MSN was the weak point. I never realised it was the email linked to my WOW account.
Did Naxx and got my Scourgebaine Pladron. Just need the shoulders and I have the 4 parts I wanted ( this is T7.5 stuff ). Got gauntets , legs and chest atm.[/b]

Glad you got that stuff back. You are the one person who shouldn't have to deal with this shit. Also, is it true that Blizzard can get the IP of the hacker and actually prosecute him if the owner of the account wants to? I doubt its not true, but I have heard some people talking about this.

felix you have a i phone correct if so put the authenicater on it. no one can touch your account then.
