It wasnt just one mage there you could see several and it was at the Horde Entrance to AV. Most likely a premade waiting to get in AV

U can't premade AV and that was long ago like hell when u couldnt join in the big citys..

you can premade you just have to force queue yourselves: everyone queue up at exact same time, hard to do with a 40 man but with smaller numbers easily done
