the hit penalty for TG is gonna be removed in the next patch.
the hit cap for TG draenei with 3/3 precision for SPECIAL ATTACKS atm is 328. it will be 164 after they remove the hit penalty though..

for melee swings its like 700+ so it's not rly worth going for :unsure:

ya... dont bother going after the white cap, just stick to maybe around 300 or so ( yes I know it's higher then the yellow cap, but still hitting alot more whites them normal is higher dps )

My Hit rating right now is at 433 (13.21%) and I miss about 7-12% of my whites depending on the occasion, but ofc no yellows are missed at all. I just need to get some more expertise so that my attacks aren't dodged, only at 3.5% (14/14) right now. The fun thing tho, is that I have no hit raiting gems, all my HR is all from my armor and I haven't really seen any other items drop for me that are better dps without HR on them O_o
