Combat swords with a dragonstrike MH

I would like some opinions on this matter.

The higher your hit rating gets the more u will benefit from haste effects such has dragonstrike but u will still get the sword procs because of the off hand (merciless gladitor quickblade).

What will do more DPS Merciless slicer MH with merciless quickblade OH or the dragonstrike with the merciless quickblade at hit cap.

the raw dps and haste proc makes up for the loss of 2.5% sword procs. I would keep it until you get a blade of infamy.
