Can any1 explain me how it works and what the benefits are. And if I get recruited, do I have to buy WoW myself?

As far as I know it goes something like this.
When someone recruits you then you'll have to buy the game. When you do that when ever you're in a group with that friend you'll get 300% more exp.
If you buy 2 months of play time your friend gets an epic mount :P
Oh and you also can teleport to your friend if he has recruited you, you'll both get an item to do that :P
