    I lied, I found out if you search "patch-X" and delete that or just go to your C:Program Files/World Of Warcraft/Data and manually delete patch-X.MPQ it will delete it so if you have it and want it gone thats how you do it

    Actually it could be Patch H or Patch Y or Patch anything.
    If you have those mods installed all you have to do is to find a Patch [Any letter].

    I looked in my wow and I don't have repair tool anymore :P And it doesn't work, I even uninstalled teh game and that didn't work. You have to manually delete it like said above
