so i bought wow today and logged in... in game when i moved mouse it started shaking and linking and it lagged like hell.. but when i didnt use mouse it didnt lag at all.

is ur mouse usb? wireless?
if so try changing the mouse usb slot or try checking the interface options maybe something will work out
