1.6 vs css

which one is better? i have 1.6 and want to try css

I feel that CSS is slightly easier to play than 1.6, but of course you'll need at least a decent PC to play it well.

I think the most obvious difference is the graphics, the game looks awesome with my widescreen monitor at 1440x900 with everything at max + custom skins etc.

The hitboxes are slightly bigger so it's easier to hit someone.

No cars :<

Physics - it&#39;s fun to stack barrels and stuff in the corridors to block people

A new radar which shows the map and where your team mates have spotted enemies

Less hacks (from what I&#39;ve seen anyway)

Built in bots (NOT AIMBOT LOL)

A &#39;dynamic pricing&#39; thing which no one uses anyway lol

Also, some of the self-proclaimed &#39;pros&#39; of 1.6 reckon that source "isn&#39;t competitive enough" for them. In other words they can&#39;t adapt to change lol, don&#39;t listen to them^^

Conin, it has nothing to do with their lack of being able to adapt to change.

They are AGAIN professionals making money, so they&#39;ve clearly adapted.

You can get better at 1.6 then you can at source. Steeper learning curve.

I played 1.6 for 6 years EASY.

Now i went to source and the hitboxes are the same, if not better.

Please know wtf ur saying before u open ur lips.

ya, hitboxes in CSS are fine, a tab bit larger, so newbies can stand a chance though
