Switching Weapons

I saw some video where when you switch weapons you don't see the little animation where it seems like you pull it off your back and comes around you and you hold the gun. And you can just switch the gun right away without animation so you can switch your weapon to main -> pistol so you can shoot faster.

Anyone know how to do it?

Press Q, but it only works on the weapon you had last in your hands.

i have never seen something like that but if it exists i think its cheat... that time between switching 2 guns is a part of game...

They're specific gun models that you have to download. They are illegal in leagues I.E. CAL but as far as I know you won't get banned pubbing with them.

yeah hltv demo or hltv models.. but hltv models wont let the weapon shoot before normal animation would load it just looks different

+1 But you can see this ingame while playing put cl_lw 0 in console but this dont work on your own weapon juste when you are looking other ppl playin ...
