Moved to the correct section.
I can help you to make it small, first go to the paint program, then copy past this picture. after that on the top bar there is image tool bar from there go on stretch and skew and then just anter the nummber how big or small you want. i do i have the smaller photo of this but i dont know how to update in this ffrom lol. chack this out and you can take it from here if u want http://img339.imageshack.us/i/15955556.png/
