Clan Symbol Request :)

hey guys was wondering if someone could help me out

I want a clan symbol done for my clan, which is clan Suicid3. we wanted something with a noose. the background to be matching with the black cape, that would be nice.

here is a picture of a noose, maybe you can use it or maybe find a better one

o and plz have it sized to 32x32

yo. ill try and see what i can do for you, i gotta re-install adobe cs3, its been so long since i have even touched it. give me a couple days. college classes started today and i work as well, so im really busy
