8!little hard reading the text, other than that i like it.
Work on your flow. Coloring is kind of grossh34r: Try using more appealing colors. Also lacks depth. <-- I thinkt he flow will help with depth.
Its kind messy and the colors are some what horribel =S
Lightning could be better and you should sharpen mr L there =)
Other than that its a nice try
make it bigger for one. The render looks way too small for the overall size of the sig. and what every1 else said ^^
