Need help, ALOT of it

Well i dl'ed GIMP tonight and was playing with it, fucked up the first one cause i dont know how to use it yet.. But i threw this one together and hoping that someone can work on it, or start again whichever xD

I really need help on the text, dont even know how to make it bold o.O
