i dont really like it, sry
theres no blending, very little detail, and the text is barely legible. and sry i have no idea how to use cs3 xD (i have cs2, the way u can do it there is making a new layer, going to image-apply image, then edit-stroke and set it to inside. see if u can do that)
you dont have to apple imagefor a border.
make a new layer ( CTRL+SHIFT+N)
select all ( CTRL+A)
Edit > Stroke > i would sayyy 1pk black.
or what ever you want.
CTRL +D to deselct just to see how it looks.
done.
