Rate my sig pls

This is are my sig. I have been working on ps since past 2days. So i am not pro at ps still very newbie at this. But here it is..

the first one is eh...to bright

and the 2nd one has potential but the render is 100% wrong. you can cut around the glow..you need to get the backround out of it using a low opacty eraser. might involve recoloring aswell
