Requesting KO Transparent symbol

Hi guys, I have already made the symbol 32x32 and in .BMP format, I just need it to be transparent so that there is no background color and it blends in with any cape.

Dont have photoshop cs2 or else I wouldnt be asking, and this type of symbol needs extra work, that method wont work on making it transparent because of the colors in the image.
