lol i know you and i are noobs in the photoshop world, but i think babek is at least a good intermediate. i've seen people's sigs on graphics forums that are supposed to be experts, but quite honestly i think babek is usually way better than them, they just take an image and throw some random neon lines and odd smudges around it. right there in that sig babek probably used mostly just effects on the image and a few filters, it looks extremely simple and yet it looks great, i find that pretty amazing xD. he and crux are probably the best two i've ever seen, some of cava's works are pretty good too, but lately hes been getting into the neon lights :P
