kind of bored today so tried it i know the font sucks but i cant add new cause me windows is bitchis around

I don't know how to make a border
not that hard for a simple border, make a new layer, go CTRL+A then go Edit -> Stroke, set the stroke to "inside" make it 1 or 2 pixels (1 preferably) and leave the color as black or white
