youre telling that its not a big deal? try to go on deviantart take some1s spaceart and use it for example like a background of a magazine and put it there youll see what will happen (exactly this happened to 1 guy there, hes banned maybe some other problems)

theres no written rule that background cant be used by some other people
but I think its not nice to put background in the back and change a lil,almost nothing...

Well I'm sure someone drew a picture of say a kirby and posted on google. Then you went on google to find a picture of a kirby and make a sig out of it. Does that make you a ripper now?
