@Restrikted;No, I didn't use any tutorial.... I used brushes and randominized lolz.. if thats a word....

and that lighten thingy in the middle is a text, wich i took motion blur on... and lighted it up ...
and liquified it....

Curved and saturated it.. blabla, just use ur imagination.
