ABOUT REDUCED SHIELDS

Everyone that keeps getting upset and thinking that the Screenshot is fake of that CS dropping due to it's being reduced is incorrect, and this will hopefully teach u something.

Chitin Shield +0 is always reduced no matter what.
Scorpion Shield +0 is always reduced no matter what.
Sword of the Dead +0 and all other +'s is always reduced no matter what.

Once ANY of these has been unlocked to +1 with a Blessed Elemental Scroll, they lose the Reduced status once they have been unlocked (EXCEPT FOR SWORD OF DEAD).

NO MATTER WHAT, any of these 3 items at +0 IS REDUCED, so don't think that it can be un-reduced at +0 (don't know why u'd care), or that it doesn't come reduced at all, this is not the case.

well yeah u should cause so many retards that have never seen a +0 unique shield that is reduced keep saying they're not real or they can't be reduced, w/e

knowledge base is usually full of obvious/simple things, but for the people that need this section, that's the purpose is to teach them things that r obvious to us, but not them

don't fukin come to a topic trying to help people in KNOWLEDGE SECTION teaching stuff and bitch at me for posting something that a lot of people have been conflicted about

My understanding was the Chitin Shield was removed from USKO and only returned to people who complained!!
Was also removed from Drops in anyway at Fire Drake Expantion...

I want to see a SS shot of this so called Chitin Shield drop to prove they are able to be obtain in game :P
