Clan disband after new leader ?

I want to change leader of clan, I heard that there may be bug and clan could disband. Is that true ? We are accredited knight grade 1 clan and I dont wanna loose it.

my friend - clanleader want change nick
i want to join clan and I want to change nick too so, I'll change my nick, I'll join clan and get leader from my friend and then HE will change his nickname. right ?
