    Hey guys

    i got a lvl 61 on c-west and want to delvl it to lvl 59 and reskill/restat and was wondering if i would be able to go in adream?

    Well, since you said it was MASTERED, you wont be able to enter ardream, same concept applies to RLB if you delvl from 70 with your 70 skill.

    you CAN´T enter Ardream with mastered character...
    you CAN enter Ardream with delvled/reskilled/restated/non-mastered character with personal item (70lvl quest)

    all what i know is that you can have a Quest weapon/shield/staff within dlvld for ardream but WITOUT master.
    and that you can go lvl 80 without MASTERED 'n just dlvld for have like 21x3 = 63 more skill point .
    well i don't know if ppl gonna do that going lvl 80 witout mastered ;D
    anyways close this its correct i think.
