for Shaman/Cleric, only Club has no penalty.

For Shadow Knight/Paladin, Club and Sword have no penalty.

Any other weapon does.

Yes you could use dual wield however it wouldn't be worth it

You would get the str + ap from sword in right hand, the left hand would only got the str bonus and MIMIMAL dmg increase no ap bonus

You'd be better using hanguk +8 and shield
or hanguk+8 and int wep (if your int priest) like lycaon hammer

Priests get a 50% penalty on all weapons except clubs until they get master.

At master a priest gets
+70% damage with sword
+20% damage with clubs
(brings both to 120%)

Priests don't get an AP / damage boost from using dual wield, however they do still get any stat/combat bonuses from the off-hand weapon (such as +STR, MP recover, etc)
