dont think there is much difference but i would take the shard because of the look
btw. both have the same attack power but 8 poison different..

md +8 is better but i'd take the shard ^^
md of course, because it have more psn dmg
md's also fail less then shard's if im not mistaken
if i got already a more less geared char, ill take any of those, but if u need items, get the shard and sell the md
