II drops?

gargoyles drop exc ii, (not sure about regular ii) but the drop rate is shit.

from personal experience, EW drops exceptional II more then any other exceptional weapons.

Troll Shamans drop most of exceptional weapons at a decent rate

I'd farm shamans, they drop it at a decent rate and are pretty easy to farm.

the chance is rly so low thats not even worth to try
