I am a noobie and i am just curious as to what the key quest is anyhow?

the key quest is a lvl 50 quest that gives you 15218948 xp points, which is the exact ammount to go from 50 to 51. a lot of people save it until after lvl 60 because of the xp cut.

just a note, those places are the most likely locations of the key people, but they can be at any of the outpost towers around the land.
